These terms apply to all services offered by IAPME Suisse.
Service description
IAPME Suisse offers consulting, training and integration services in artificial intelligence for Swiss SMEs. The exact scope is defined in a specific quote or contract.
Pricing and payment
Prices are provided on request. Prices are in CHF excluding VAT. Payment is due within 30 days.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be communicated in writing at least 5 business days before the scheduled date.
Confidentiality
IAPME Suisse treats all information provided by clients in the course of services as confidential.
Liability
IAPME Suisse's liability is limited to the amount of the service in question.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law.
